A RAPU (Requtech Assisted Pointing Unit) provides the controller, beacon receiver, sensors and the Mercury app for rapid satellite acquisition. The terminal is Eutelsat characterized for Ku-band and designed to MIL-STD-810. Gilat, a licensed reseller of the PICO 120, lists it under Portables, a category it describes as serving military, emergency and remote operations.
