Request a quoteThe Peregrine u8 is Kymeta's purpose-built maritime terminal for the Eutelsat OneWeb LEO network: a low-profile, electronically steered Ku-band flat-panel antenna with an embedded modem and no moving parts. It is aimed at freighters, commercial fishing vessels and yachts, and the LEO-LTE version adds a cellular modem and Wi-Fi so it can switch between satellite and cellular when near shore. The Kymeta white paper rates it for vessels up to 7 m in sea state 6, vessels of 10 m and larger in sea state 7 and vessels of 30 m and larger in all known sea states.
