Request a quoteThe Microstream 20 W and 40 W Ka wideband BUCs are small GaN block upconverters with a switchable upconverter that covers 27.5 to 31.0 GHz in four bands. They offer 30 dB of step attenuation and run from a DC supply; the unit needs a customer-supplied heatsink to meet its temperature rating.
