Request a quoteThe SLM-5650B is a software defined multi-orbit modem supporting MEO and GEO operation, including SES O3b mPOWER, with DVB-S2X ACM from QPSK to 256APSK. It is compliant with MIL-STD-188-165A and STANAG 4486 Edition 3 Annex E, is WGS certified, and has an AES-256 TRANSEC module (FIPS 140-2). Comtech also positions it for high-performance commercial trunking and backhaul; the firmware variant capable of direct sequence spread spectrum is controlled under ITAR per the data sheet.
