Heat Detection
Detectors that respond to temperature rise where smoke detectors would false alarm.

Heat detectors suit kitchens, boiler rooms, generator rooms and dusty workshops where smoke or steam could cause false alarms. They trigger at a fixed temperature or rate of rise. They are slower than smoke detectors but more reliable in harsh spaces.
What we do
- Selection of fixed or rate-of-rise detector types
- Supply and installation
- Wiring to fire panel
- Alarm threshold confirmation
- Heat testing
- Layout documentation
What we need from you to quote
- Areas to be covered (kitchen, plant room, workshop)
- Normal operating temperatures in each area
- Ceiling height and layout
- Existing fire panel details
- Cable routes and access
- Any existing fire suppression the alarm must trigger
