Fire Alarm Systems
Detectors, call points, sounders and a control panel that warn occupants of fire early.

A fire alarm system detects smoke, heat or flame and alerts everyone in the building so they can evacuate. It can be conventional (zones) or addressable (each device identified), and addressable suits larger buildings. Design should follow the requirements of your insurer and local fire authority.
What we do
- Survey and zone or loop design
- Supply and installation of control panel, detectors, call points and sounders
- Fire-rated or suitable cabling and battery backup
- Programming of zones, delays and outputs
- Testing of every device and sounder coverage
- Handover with zone chart and user guidance
What we need from you to quote
- Type of building, number of floors and approximate floor area
- Number of rooms, corridors, stores and ceiling voids
- Occupancy (staff, guests, patients, students) and sleeping risk
- Insurer or fire authority requirements, if any
- Ceiling types and cable route access
- Whether the alarm must link to lifts, doors or a monitoring centre
