Cameras drift out of focus, collect dust and spiders' webs, lose power or stop recording without anyone noticing until footage is needed. Regular maintenance finds these faults early. We offer one-off service visits or recurring plans.
What we do
- Visit to inspect every camera, cable and power supply
- Cleaning of lenses, domes and housings
- Recorder and storage health check, including date and time correction
- Replacement of failed parts where needed
- Firmware and password review
- Written report of findings and actions
What we need from you to quote
- Number and type of cameras and recorder make
- Site address and access hours
- Known faults, such as offline cameras or poor night images
- Whether original installer drawings or passwords are available
- Preferred visit frequency (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Whether outdoor cameras need ladder or lift access
