Inspection and testing of electrical installations to find defects and confirm they are safe.
We check wiring, boards, earthing and protective devices against recognised practice and test insulation, continuity and earth fault loops. You receive a report listing findings and recommended corrective work.

- Number of boards and approximate circuits
- Age and last inspection date if known
- Reason for inspection, such as insurance, new tenant or recurring faults
- Access to all boards and plant rooms
- Existing drawings or schedules
