Othee Engineering is the building, civil and electrical contracting division of Othee Technologies Co Ltd, based in Kampala.
Our story
One team from survey to handover
OTHEE Technologies Co Limited delivers end-to-end technical services across building construction, civil works, roads, drainage, water supply, hydro power civil packages and electrical contracting — from UETCL grid integration and SHPP slope stabilisation to municipal drainage and bituminous road upgrades.
Our work spans building construction, roads, drainage, water supply, hydro power civil packages and electrical contracting — from UETCL grid integration and slope stabilisation at small hydro sites to municipal drainage and bituminous road upgrades for schools and hospitals. We bring that same site discipline to everyday building work, plant hire and materials supply.
We are part of Othee Technologies Co Ltd, so engineering clients can also draw on the group's technology capability — networking, CCTV, solar and software — when a project needs it.

Safety before schedule
Every site starts with a risk review and a safety briefing. Crews wear PPE suited to the task and work areas are kept tidy and secured.
Built to specification
Concrete, steel, pipes and finishes are specified and installed to the standard set out in the drawings and bill of quantities for your project.
Inspect as we build
Key stages — excavation, reinforcement, pours, pipework, testing — are checked before the next stage covers them up.
Clear, written scope
You receive an itemised quotation. Changes are agreed in writing before they are priced into the job.
Respect for neighbours and environment
We manage spoil, waste and water on site and protect existing services, drains and access routes as we work.
Honest about what we can do
If a job is outside our capability we say so early — and tell you what documentation, permits or approvals your project will need.
